Carrot hummus with pitta dippers

Grate the cooked carrot–if it turns to mush, don’t worry, that’s what you want.

In a bowl, tap the hummus, add the carrot and blend well.

Add a lemon juice squeeze, but be careful not to squirt it in your eyes.

Use scissors to snip the coriander into small bits and stir it into the hummus. Serve with pitta bread toast.
