Best ever chocolate brownies recipe

Cut into small cubes 185g unsalted butter and tip into a medium bowl. Break into small pieces 185 g of dark chocolate and fall into the bowl.

Fill a tiny casserole with warm water about a quarter, then put the casserole on top so it sits on the rim of the casserole and does not touch the water. Put over a low heat until the butter and chocolate have melted, stirring occasionally to mix them.
